What We Do

The mission of Northborough Helping Hands Association (NHHA) is to coordinate programs to assist those in need in the form of Thanksgiving food baskets, Christmas gifts, clothing, medical equipment, and emergency aid for special services.

NHHA was formerly known as the Northborough District Nurse Association and has been assisting Northborough individuals and families in need since 1920. We work closely with other town agencies, businesses and organizations to meet our goals.
